The University of New Mexico Men of Color Initiative (MOCI) is led by the UNM Division for Equity & Inclusion (DEI) in partnership with campus departments, student clubs and groups as well as student leaders, faculty, staff and community to increase access and success for male students of color at the university.

MOCI creates a foundation to a successful lifestyle providing knowledge on how to navigate various educational and life decisions by utilizing student peers & mentors, staff, faculty and community resources.
